that to implement provisions in Article 2 paragraph (3) and Article 8 paragraph (3) of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 28/M-DAG/PER/6/2009 concerning Provisions on Export and Import License Service by Electronic System Through INATRADE in the Framework of Indonesia National Single Window, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Trade;
1. Presidential Decree No. 187/M/2004 concerning the Establishment of United Indonesia Cabinet as already amended several times and the latest by Presidential Decree No. 171/M/2005;
2. Presidential Regulation No. 9/2005 concerning Status, Tasks, Functions, Organizational Structures and Working Arrangements of State Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia as amended several times and the latest by Presidential Regulation No. 20/2008;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 10/2005 concerning First Echelon Organizational Units and Tasks of State Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia as amended several times and the latest by Presidential Regulation No. 50/2008;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 10/2008 concerning the Operation of Electronic System in the Framework of Indonesia National Single Window;
5. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 01/MDAG/PER/3/2005 concerning Organization and Working Arrangement of the Trade Ministry as amended by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 24/MDAG/PER/6/2009;
6. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 28/M-DAG/PER/6/2009 concerning Provisions on Export and Import License Service by Electronic System through INATRADE in the Framework of Indonesia National Single Window;
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERNING KINDS OF EXPORT AND IMPORT LICENSE, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE AND SERVICE LEVEL ARRANGEMENT BY ELECTRONIC SYSTEM THROUGH INATRADE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF INDONESIA NATIONAL SINGLE WINDOW
To stipulate kinds of export and/or import licenses can be served by electronic system through INATRADE in the Framework of Indonesia National Single Window as stated in Attachment I that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
To stipulate Standard Operating Procedure and Service Level Arrangement of INATRADE to become guideline for kinds of export and/or import licenses service, as intended in FIRST paragraph by using electronic system in the framework of Indonesia National Single Window.
Standard Operating Procedure as intended in SECOND paragraph is stated in Attachment II that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
Service Level Arrangement as intended in FIRST paragraph is stated in Attachment III that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force since 60 (sixty) days after stipulation date.
